Ed Burt
Founder
Ed Burt is a Viet Nam Army veteran who served on a security team during the early 1970’s. Once he got out of the military, he split his time between living in Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. He has over 40 years of experience in the domestic and international entertainment industry. Ed worked as a professional musician, along with being the director of a major event management company. He produced international celebrity gatherings in his capacity as the Operations Director at the Newport Beach Film Festival. Ed has worked in film, TV, and Internet production.


Martin Monroe
Research Director
Martin Monroe’s career in the entertainment industry has spanned over 30 years. His last challenge was as the head of research for “Inside Edition” (which was a King World production) for over 15 years. This unique experience has given him great insight into the story telling element of any project.
Jonathan Bailin
Medical Advisor
Jonathan Bailin, Ph.D., brings his Sports Medicine expertise to our project. Jonathan's specialized knowledge in consumer advocacy, rehabilitation, ergonomics, and disabilities are exactly what we need to present the BRC’s program. Dr. Bailin has 20 years of experience in the area of Vision Training research. The essence of his study has supported the key principle that all vision can be improved from the most disabled to the greatest athlete.
